Я, Никанорова Анастасия Андреевна, 10.10.2020 г. посетила МФЦ Сергиево-Посадского городского округа по адресу: 141310, Московская обл., г. Сергиев Посад, пр-т. Красной Армии, д. 169 за услугой в Администрацию городского округа Сергиев Посад о разрешении снова объектов капитального строительства.
Результат услуги в электронном виде не удалось получить: ни в ЛК мосрег (кем-то приложен битый файл, который нельзя открыть), не по электронной почте, указанной в Уведомлениях.
Прошу разъяснить почему в условиях пандемии нельзя получить письмо от Администрации в ЛК Мосрег/по почте России/по моей электронной почте?
Поясню, что я нахожусь в Москве, работаю удаленно, добираться до Сергиев Посада в связи с пандемией затруднительно и не безопасно.
Также зачем нужен в ЛК Мосрег, если ответы на услугу там предоставляют некорректно?
Сотрудник Администрации ссылается на МФЦ, что они выкладывают туда ответ, сотрудники МФЦ ссылаются, что Администрация. Прошу разъяснить данный момент.

Ведущему специалисту отдела по работе с клиентами Илинич Т.А. были предоставлены документы: акты обследования и диски от кадастрового инженера, а также письмо из Администрации, что объекты можно сносить.
Ведущий специалист отдела по работе с клиентами Илинич Т.А. зачем-то отправила документы в Росреестр, хотя я ей не раз говорила про отправку пакета документов ещё раз в Администрацию, потому что получено разрешение от Администрации только на снос, но в ответ от специалиста получала комментарий, что такова процедура, она всё знает. Также сотрудник был не раз предупреждён, что я живу в Москве, работаю на удаленке, добираться до Сергиев Посада долго.
Соответственно, из Росреестра пришло приостановление, в пандемию мне пришлось опять ехать из Москвы 100 км туда и 100 км обратно за свой счёт в Ваш МФЦ. Кто возместит деньги за поездку и потраченное время!?
Прошу провести беседу с консультантами и операторами по поводу предоставления услуги от Администрации городского округа Сергиев Посад о завершении снова объекта капитального строительства, а также применить дисциплинарное взыскание на Ваше усмотрение к ведущему специалисту отдела по работе с клиентами Илинич Т.А., потому что сотрудник не вник в суть услуги, отправил документы наобум.

Была оформлена заявка на справку о судимости для места работы, прошло уже 1,5 месяца и никакого уведомления нет о готовности справки или о сбое! Пришёл сам в отделение и мне сообщают, что в связи с сбоем справки нет! Вопрос: почему спустя 1,5 месяца нет уведомили о данном сбое и почему снова должен ждать 1,5 месяца?!
